Wow! With the event fishing mechanic, combined with the CP fishing buffs and fishing food (Artraeum Pickled Fish Bowl), we can obtain the fishing achievement 40 times faster than when game first launched. After nearly 11 years, my EU character finally got around to getting the achievement . . . and the lovely fishing dingy furnishing. After the event, maybe ZOS should sell the fishing mechanic buff on the Crown store! Maybe 25 thousand Crowns?

ShadowPaladin✭✭✭✭No, they should not sell it through the Crown Store.
They should instead do one of the following things:
A ) During each event every year in the zones where the events take place this buff will be automatically active (eg. like the 100% xp buff).
B ) Make an event like the Pan Tam Event happen at least once a year.

This is not a bad idea. Like, whenever there is the double yield from nodes, the fishing could be curated in that zone.1
