I’ve seen this skeleton trapped in stone with some alchemical pump on it (see pic). What is it and can I get or make one?

Assuming you saw that in another player's house, I suspect it's a combination of furnishings. I'm not sure which skeleton they used, but there's several available, with a rock on top and then the Apparatus Boiler.

That’s the funny part. This was inside some ayelid delve, lol. The skeleton is embedded in the rock, but the more I looked at it, it’s two rocks: one for the body and one for the right foot. The head is a jawless skull. So I really need a smooth stone and then a smaller one, three leg bones and the boiler.

In that case you might not be able to get an exact copy, because there are some items which aren't available as furnishings.

There are a lot of rocks to choose from, including ones with multiple rocks in one furnishing (some are classed as large boulders, but they're the size of small boulders so they might work).

So I had a very quick go at making something similar......

It needs a brighter blue light and there is an issue that the skeleton I used is the Humanoid Target one so it wriggles about!!

Breton Shelf, Barrel Rack, Target Skeleton, Humanoid, Rocks, Deep Mossy, Stones, Mossy Cluster, Apparatus, Boiler, Light of Meridia and Witches Bones, Offering.

It definitely could look better but is pretty easy to make something similar, this took me less than 10 minutes but I do have stuff stashed everywhere!

The fact that it moves around a bit is actually hilarious. When I first saw one of these I thought it was a gag until I double-checked to make sure I wasn’t touring a house. I was down in some Ayelid ruin in Grahtwood. Then I’ve found two more. It was like whoever set up the contraption was either trying to reanimate the skeleton, liquify the rock (perhaps a valuable amulet is in the rock?), or siphon something out of the whole thing. It looks fantastic!!!
