Yes and good. You should be rewarded/compensated somehow for picking up the chaosball that disabled your skills/healing. 8 v 8 is the casual mode anyway. They probably had the damage power sigil too.

Too many crybabies upset about dying in the pvp match and want to nerf everything that kills them. Whenever I get one shot by that leap I just find it funny. Pretty much all of the super sweaty players/streamers ignore the chaosballs.

Well the form can barely heal itself as it is, so this skill being that powerful is fine.
