[Pan-Tamriel Celebration] Not getting more purple boxes

It's the second time this bug occurs to me : after looting the initial golden box, I don't get anymore purple ones ( after the 5 minutes or so timer ). I already tried ( although not extensively ) switching loot sources, character, but right now it seems the bug is persisting through this.
Can't really say what is causing it, in the same conditions I think I still get more boxes other days. I was at the limit for tickets and could'nt drop them initially, but it was the same thing a few day before; I had a purple box in my bags, but yesterday it doesn't prevent me for getting more; I may have killed a boss before the 5 minutes timer, but if it was causing a lasting bug I guess we would have heared from it.

I guess I should have just stick in the general section, I have a feeling that posting will get this nowhere. Still hope I am wrong.0 -

✭✭✭✭There is an addon setting that can make all boxes auto emptied, you haven't got that on, on some characters have you?
You might not notice the boxes before they are emptied.When people say to me........
"You're going to regret that in the morning"

The boss I'm on seemed to respawn faster than 5 minutes ( wasn't fully focused on the timer tho ), but now it's been definitely more than 20 minutes and no boxes.0 -
Durnik✭✭✭✭I have been having this issue too. It definitely is a bug.
My advice...If you get the bug, log out of that character and try it on another character. Then, you can go back to your other character.
