PC/NA Deepcrag Den slow bug/dot bug (video link provided)

On PC/NA there's a bug at Deepcrag Den in Deshaan. After you get past the first creature you see upon entering, you become inexplicably slowed and take tiny dot damage. Not even Elusive Mist helps recover any speed or immunity to the snare. Here's a 2 min you tube video of me roaming around with the bug on me...

same issue, are you just meant to tackle this dungeon at half of walking speed and randomly taking 1 damage every few seconds?
