I accidently clicked "Use" on an item in my inventory and it made me look like this (I don't remember the name for the item). I find it annoying. How do I put it away?

2) unequip Kollopi Essence from your Disguise slot

Np, it doesn't have the normal Disguise icon so if you just glanced at it before hitting use and didn't remember what it looked like, there's really nothing that would indicate it IS a Disguise.
