How can we activate the Gryphon Run WB in Summerset?

Anyone knows what to do to activate the Gryphon Run world boss in Summerset? It's the only one I'm missing on all my characters. Today I decided to retry but I've been waiting for almost 3 hours and nothing happens. There's a lot of other players waiting right now but no one knows what to do. We can see four gryphon on nests but they don't come down. Any ideas?

I was waiting there for 15 minutes, too. The spawn seems broken. You can try porting to guild mates in Summerset and hope you will end up in another channel/instance of the map.

He might be broken in that particular instance. I had this issue with the Southern Elsweyr boss, so I ported out of the zone and back and got an instance where he was spawning.

It would be nice if we could change instances without leaving the place. I wasn't even aware that there were multiple instances.

Summerset bosses seem pretty buggy, the Indrik frolic boss is invisible for half the fight. Only aoe abilities can hit it. Eventually it does appear targetable as usual.

I tried today many times like you suggested, but I ended up always in the same instance. I'm on PC EU, I don't think there are multiple instances on this server. Again, there were dozens of players there, waiting for hours, I also asked on zone and no one ever saw this boss active.

This WB goes AWOL sometimes. As suggested, another instance or wait a day.

I've been trying for many days. I already tried also to logout and login again, but it doesn't help either. Looks like this boss isn't working on PC EU server.

Ok! I got it today.

I still don't know how it was activated because a group was already killing the boss there when I reached it. It took me weeks to finally see this boss. So, looks like it's not bugged after all, but it's very rare.
