    The gigantic one is a different item, from crown crates I believe.
    This one has always been small, but unlike the giant one, it can control time.

    I’m at work right now so I don’t get to participate in the new event until later, but are you saying that the hourglass that controls time costs 40 event tickets?

    If nothing was changed, you need the Soulfire Dragon Illusion pet first (which consists of 3 fragments) and then need another 3 pieces to morph it into the hourglass.

    Alternatively, if you only care for the time control, you can also buy the Chronometer of the Tribunal, which does the same thing, and costs 1000 writ vouchers at Rolis.

    You can file a ticket with Support to make that request. They need a ticket to be created from your game account (either here on the website or from within game) in order to look into your particular situation and give you a response either way.
