Noticed this today. Has IA always been (normal), or is that new and implying something?

    Probably because it is a group instance, Bastion Nymic also says (Normal) despite it being a World Event.

    Yes, it has been. I get “difficulty set to normal” popup after a little while of being in there, every time. There’s no difficulty level, so I guess by default zos sets it as normal.
