Does DK's Searing Heat increase the Poison Damage of Venomous claw?

It mentions Fiery Breath, but not sure if there's any wonkiness with its morphs, especially one that changes the damage type.
And is the increasing Damage over time multiplicative with that damage increase or additive?

Kahnak✭✭✭✭✭It does increase the damage that the ability does, no matter what morph you've chosen.
