BG's how to use the Vampire and Werewolf Form skills?

Recently started playing Bg's and I actually do quite well. That being said when in chaos ball mode and I get turned into a werewolf or a vamp I die within seconds. On PS5 the skill commands for those forms are just colours with no tool tips as to what they do. Was having a conversation with another player in there last night who has the same issue. I tried searching and all that comes up is how to "play" as one or the other.
Anyone have a good link or can advise?

Thumbless_Bot✭✭✭✭✭I think the skills are very similar to the skill line skills for those transformations, but not 100%. Learning those would probably get you 90% of they way there.
Mist form is mist form, etc.
