NEEDS URGENT FIX!!! Clannfear causing bug in Coldharbour intro

I started a new account, and delayed the intro quest a bit. My clannfear somehow glitched the dremora that is supposed to "teach" me; I was supposed to block, but my clannfear kept attacking him, and he got stuck on the heavy attack motion (no attack made, just stuck on the motion). I couldn't do anything at all, so I had to close down the game entirely.
This happened on Xbox NA-server.
Edit: I'm now permanently stuck despite restarting the game. I can't do anything at all, can't recall, can't get out of Coldharbour, stuck in the same place. I need this solved ASAP, please!
