Not particularly.
Just do Dark Brotherhood questline enough to unlock Black Sacraments, then talk to the woman about the Litany of Blood and then go through all the cities mudering the people who's names are in the Litany of Blood.
Not very hard, but somewhat time consuming (Mostly the running around trying to find the people you need to kill)0 -

Nah. The Dark Brotherhood quests can be tedious, but they’re more or less perfunctory. Just jump through the hoops.
