Let's be fair and considering that the ESO version isn't furnished, with some carpets and drapes around that place will look 100% better than the Oblivion one.
On the other hand, there's no way anyone is detailing that place enough with just 700 furnishing slots.
Why are you mentioning furnishings slots?
Castle Skingrad is a house that got added with update 45.
