I am investigating the Restwall Estate as part of the first story quest, and need to close a portal under the estate by interacting with 2 pinions and killing a minor boss. I've killed the NPC, but while interacting with the second pinion (crystal) I disconnected. Now I can't interact with anything and the quest companion- Tribune Alea Idolus - is acting as if I did not do anything. She states ' I see shardmarshap vargas on those rocks by the portal. This is the portal my legionary wants us to close and I couldn't agree more. We're in for a tough fight, but we can't fail. Destroy those anchors comrade then we're out of here.' In the screenshot you can see the achors are no longer active and the portal remains. I'm at a loss for how to fix this? I have tried abandoning and running with no addons, but nothing. I can't continue with the story questline sadly. I did open a ticket in game
