Major_Mangle✭✭✭✭✭Nothing bugged about it afaik. Just logged in to check for myself. I´ve got the rank 1 version of the skill so only scales up to 60% of missing HP but the numbers on the target dummy starts at around 7-8k non crit at full HP and once I´ve such low HP that I barely can cast the skill it hits for around 12k non crit (give or take). Checking my CMX the damage value steadily gets higher the less HP I have. Seems like it works like the tooltip describes to me.Ps4 EU 2016-2020
