Drops hasn't arrived yet

Yesterday after the Update 45 Preview Livestream I received two drops but they haven't appeared in the game yet.
What should I do?

    My account somehow got unlinked recently, had to link again on eso account page.

    Check the connection from both ends as well. Sometimes it appears linked on one site but is unlinked on the other.

    same, best to double check that it is still linked on both sites from time to time. Especially if you're not getting drops fairly quickly. Normally it is almost instant for me.

    I reconnected this morning and 2 crown crates arrived. I guess that's it. Thanks. :)
