First time attempting to login since patch...3 hours so far no log in...

So...I tried to log in in since about noon my time. So far the game has opened up in full screen and completely frozen up my pc. The only way to get out of this it to actually turn off the power to my pc. NOTHING else works. I have deleted the game and downloaded it again. Repaired it. Deleted it again and removed all files including add ons...and nothing... Anyone else dealing with this?
