Despite having a fully loaded ultimate I often happen to not be able to cast it. Btw. this concerns also ultimates that don't require a target...

✭✭I am neither animation cancelling it nor do I wear an ult cost reduction set (of which I don't understand how it would prevent me casting a fully loaded ult).
