HDR In-Game Screenshots?

Hello,
I enabled the HDR in Windows and in ESO, but when I use the in-game ESO Screenshot tool the screenshots are washed out and look really bad. I saw a note on this as a bug in the original PTS Patch Note, but I don't see that on the Live Update 44 release notes. Am I doing something wrong, or is this still an issue and just wasn't noted?
