based on when previous collectibles went to Phillius it would return in quarter 1 of 2027.
Old event collectibles go to him when Zeal of Zenithar happens, Doomchar Plateau was first available in quarter 1 2023, and Alkosh hourglass in q1 2024.

Yas78✭✭I cannot spend any more money on games, its already way too much expences, including this game, so I'm definitely not buying anything from crown store.
So if I got it right, next time I'll be able to aquire this house in Q4 2027 (if I will be alive, the game not shutdown, etc), and the house is small so I cannot place all my hard-earned storage boxes.
Probably it's not worth it.
