Always thought it was odd that in PvP Invisibility could mean: fights over from a single button press even if the invisible person decides to sit inside your player model, unless you have some sort of AoE (because you can’t use single target abilities to attack where you think they might be)
In preparation for whenever they add invisibility to scribing I’d like to suggest a rework to how Invisibility is handled:
It’s enhanced stealth.
Using an invisibility skill Instantly enters you into the stealth state, and reduces your detection radius in stealth by 9m. Causes all direct damage attacks against you to miss for the next second.
Being in combat increases the radius you can be detected in stealth by 12m. (Passive modifier)
So now, if you try to enter stealth in melee range, it acts as a dodge, but you don’t get off Scott-free.
But against ranged, stealth is a good disengage tool.
It might also add another layer into how you create a build with stealth as a defensive layer when considering stealth detection radius modifiers.
