Aaaaare these supposed to be dropping right now? I don't see anything about it in the official article, but I got one from one of my crafting writ reward boxes (not sure which one since Lazy Writ Crafter is set to auto-open my boxes for me).

Soliril Larethian: Blind alchemist who uses animals to see and brews plagues in his spare time

    Maybe you still had one of the Witches Festival writs active in your quests? I think they can be turned in anytime, even if the event is already over.

    Nope, I saw it pop up in the lower right hand corner along with my other reward box loot (I thought it was something else at first because I just sorta glanced at it from the corner of my eye, thus the 'I assume' remark in the screenshot), and when I went into the bank to drop off some furniture I'd gotten from Lux Vendor Man, the Gift had the 'new item' ! next to it.
