Playing on PC, game through Steam.
About 2 weeks ago, my game started opening on display 2 after an update we had. Every time I go in and change it, it just goes back to display 2 when I close and reopen the game. What file do I need to find and tweak to stop this from happening?

If you want to see what all the craftable lights look like in ESO, use this command on PC NA.

Did you confirm which monitor is set as your main monitor in your operating system? You can find this by right clicking your desktop and clicking "Display Settings". Additionally, here is how to change which monitor the game is displaying on in-game.0 -

I will give this a shot and see if this helps.
Do you know if there is a file I can get into to change if this doesn't work?
For a little more info, I have changed from D2 to D1 every day I wanted to play since this happened.
