So, the ESO Plus trial didn't get extended? (Turns out, it did)

It says here that the ESO Plus trial was supposed to be extended to Dec. 20th (https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/670497/thanks-for-your-patience-during-the-outage), but when I logged on the morning, no ESO Plus. What gives?

Ye I noticed that too. I went to the in-game ESO Plus panel when they said extension. The date shown in-game was indeed extended by one day, but it still expired on the original time. Nothing seems to be certain.

my first thought was that it would be in the store. checked there and it wasn't there. came to the forums and they said it would be in the store. went back and there it was. so if you don't see it, close out the store and open it back up again

It's literally the first thing you see on the gigantic popup box when you load in. How much more of a hint can ZOS give?

There was an issue that affected quite a few people on non-Steam PC that prevented us from logging in for about 5 days after the datacenter outage. This only happened if you needed the access code that the game asked for when it doesn't recognize your IP or you've reinstalled.

They should have extended the ESO+ trial for 5 days, not 1. I have my doubts that the access code issue wasn't in some way related to the datacenter outage.

I logged in yesterday and activated it again just to put everything in the bank and fill it up to the max. Logged in today and its already gone again. So happy things as advertised actually happen on this game.

I didn't even know it was going on. I resubbed my accounts for another month yesterday anyway. I needed the crowns....
