Crown Sale

I understand that crowns typically go on sale during the new life festival, but they are not currently. Is there not going to be a sale this time?

If there is going to be a Crown Sale today, then the usual start time for that should be at 18:00 UTC (for the ESO Store version).

I don't think the sales line up exactly with festivals. It is likely they'll have a crown sale during New Life, but probably after Christmas, maybe even after New Years, when a lot of people are likely to have money to spend.

I also hope there will be discounts on crowns. There are discounts on the Xbox store, so I hope there will be on PC too.

Different storefronts have different rules for when information is updated. So keep an eye out on your preferred platform. We normally announce sales on our official sites once every eligible storefront has been updated.

Really? You make up different rules for each of digital sale platform? XBOX has rule set A, PlayStation rule set B, & PC we make up as we go along.
Your marketing team needs help. For one, if they halved the price on Crowns they would quadruple their sales. I mean they are imaginary, that you "make up" and have no real World value outside of the context of this game and cost what to produce?

I have an idea for them, develop a marketing series. That highlights the variety of play. Maybe 6 characters of various Race/Class, each with a 4 part "story"
The crafter/gatherer/fisherman who does an occasional Overland.
The conflicted Templar Vampire, The Mage Thief, the solo Dragon Knight & Companion, etc.
Show of the depth of this World.

    Been Role-Playing since 1976.
This game is the closest to the Worlds we gamers imagined when computers came along.
Maybe other games do certain aspects of what we have, but I don't think ANY have the completeness of this Game.
I don't think I have to elaborate. Can things be improved? Sure, not many things in this World that can't stand some improvement.
Take this as plea, from one who has been here closed beta. Don't let her die.
    Thanks for listening,
    Max

No, the different platforms themselves have different rules about what time of the day or what day of the week sales can begin and end. eg. Sony says PS sales must follow these rules, microsoft says Xbox sales must follow those rules, steam and epic says sales must follow these separate rules.

Also, the Steam version no longer shows/supports the 1 year subscription for the 'Subscribe to a Plus Membership', it only goes up to 6 months. I am assuming this is an mistake. My renewal for 1 year Plus Membership is close, will this be affected? I see the steam renewal for 1 year is there, will it default to the 6 month renewal? Hope not.

Yes, this. The storefronts themselves have specific rules that we follow. Additionally that changes depending on region. We are following in accordance with the rules of the various storefronts.

The Steam page is rather unclear as to the duration of the sale, could we please get a clarification? As in when it's going to end? Thanks in advance.

I still see the 1 year subscription on the ESO steam page. Don't you see the pull down menu to select the term of the sub?

@ZOS_Kevin May I ask if you can tell us when sales ends? Epic store shows 2. Jan. Because it's about a week shorter than the Xbox. There sales have been going on for at least a week and they end on about the same date. The rules are very fair. But yes, on the other hand, the sales on PC are higher in percentage terms.
