"Failed to access content on network - [6:1:961-12]" during update process

Hi,
During the update process, I got two times this error "Failed to access content on network - [6:1:961-12]" at about 45% and 95%. The update was stuck for 30-60s, then continued. Eventually updating successful. Even thou this isn't a problem as such (update successful and game is startable), it might indicate to an internal problem that still persists duo to the server shutdown two days ago. (I had never such an error message before). Therefor I wanted to communicate this.

    I got similar issues and was able to pin it down to problematic peering between ISPs. In my case the Deutsche Telekom has bad peering with Akamai, which shows in pretty serious packet loss:

    We had this too and our yesterday's raid had to be cancelled because players were stuck for more than 2 hours in the update, while it took only 30 seconds for others to download.

    I am also affected by Deutsche Telekom's bad peering. Only the use of a VPN remains as a workaround for me.
