CR+0 means you take down the side bosses first before doing the main boss.
CR+1 means you take down 2 side bosses first, and the third will join the main boss during the last fight.
CR+2 means you take down 1 side boss first, and the other two will join the main boss during the last fight.

✭Cloudrest has 4 arenas. 3 side bosses (Relequen, Siroria, Galenwe.) If you skip those, the side bosses join the main fight, and it gets harder.
So skipping one and having them appear in the middle with the main boss is a +1. Skipping all three is a +3.
How many bosses you have in the center affects what gear drops as well.
