Why is stealth disabled in 4v4 BG?

In 4v4 BG you cannot crouch and enter stealth, why is that?

Oblivion_Protocol✭✭✭✭✭Stealth is perfectly fine in 4v4 BGs. I play a NB and easily disengage and disappear constantly. You just have to wait until you’re not in combat or close enough to any opposing players for them to detect you.Edited by Oblivion_Protocol on December 16, 2024 1:12AM1

No, I mean crouch. Invisibility works fine, but you can't crouch and enter stealth. You're permanently detected. At least I only noticed this in Deathmatch 4v4, specifically the arena map.0 -

Well, unless they were always watching me invisible themselves, I don't think anyone had line of sight on me at the time when I tried to enter crouch behind a pillar.
