This weekend, the Golden Vendor offers:
I believe Essence Thief is nice for PvP and Noble Duelist can be good for (solo) Heavy Attack builds? Though in the case of Noble Duelist you'd preferably use the body pieces, which makes the the ring less useful.

Yeah, I was contemplating buying it myself for that reason because I don't do a ton of dungeons and hadn't done WGT before.
In the case of Essence Thief, buying Unidentified Essence Thief Items for 80 Tel Var per piece from the vendor in the Daedric Embers Trophy Vault might be better suited for that purpose though (unless someone only needs the ring I suppose). It's what I ended up doing, and now my Essence Thief sticker book is almost complete after spending only 2160 Tel Var or so. ✭✭Most pvp players I know consider the Golden Vendor in dire need of an update.
What changed? Jewelry used to be 20x more expensive to upgrade to gold and undaunted shoulders are now curated, resulting in a much lower undaunted key cost.
Regardless of whether some players still find it useful, the items offered are now objectively and significantly less valuable. This is important because of the role the Golden Vendor is intended to play in rewarding pvp players and encouraging new players to try pvp.
I think revamping the Golden Vendor would be a good opportunity for ZOS to explore ways to allow players to spend more time pvping and less time grinding dungeons -- which would help drive ava and bg usage.
