✭partial guild group got done doing vAS2 and we were going to do a quick vHRC for fun but one person was having issues at the start of the run and was replaced. By the time we got to the split area with those two bosses we managed to finish but we kept getting ping spikes of 300-4k+. I never lost connection, but 4+ others did. We decided to just call that run, I logged out and was greeted with a 8min login queue. Something is def wrong tonight.... again.1 -

PSNA not playable. Was at Xoryn on VLCHM and MT disconnected, we tried another pull and nearly everyone in the group was having multiple second barswap delay and then 2 more disconnects mid way.

Engineers do not respond to customer service calls, especially when things are on fire. They focus on diagnosing and resolving the problem.
For any large enterprise, there are essentially always engineers on call. I can essentially guarantee that there are some engineers right now with very unhappy faces, because they are not going to have a fun Friday night.

✭✭✭✭I have been dealing this for over a week now, crashing within minutes of logging in, ping was averaging 350+ with 999 spikes for the first few seconds of log in, within minutes things became unresponsive and within 10 seconds of that the game booted to log in saying there was an error, at least I am glad that whatever the problem is, it is not from my end.Edited by TX12001rwb17_ESO on December 14, 2024 5:54AM1 -
