first of all : sorry for my bad english ;)
Second: i'm veteran rank 1 i have too many problems to find groups for dungeons for my level.... i think that dungeons are one of the best enjoing thing in this game but i can't do that .
Also when i was lower level i had problems to find groups but not like now. Also you have the same problems? some suggestions?

    What is your exact problem?
I assume its to find a group as DPS or fill the tank/healer slot?

I can only advice to "try" get a spec for all 3 roles, this way u increase your chances on quickly finding a group. I understand that not all playstyles fit everyone, but its the same numerical problem like any other MMO.

The group finder tool is just garbage.
I've only been in maybe 2-3 groups that it has actually successfully put together. the rest of the time it sits empty, maybe it will group me with one other person and then break and never add anyone else.
And I have all 3 roles set active.

For what content u try to queue? If i have tank+heal active i almost always find a group of 2 DPS instantly, while queuing for vet dungeons, weather we get the last missing role is a other question.

    Currently Vet10.
But it has had this issue the entire way through leveling. It was, and still is, more effective just to use zone chat to build a group.

    Edit-
While leveling I had healer only set active. I would queue, and instantly get grouped with a tank, and we would sit without a dps for like half an hour... I would drop group and requeue, which would instantly group me with a dps.... the two of us would sit in queue until I got bored and logged off.

    Maybe I'm bugged,
But I still stand by my evaluation of the dungeon finder tool as garbage.

It was never explained to us the exact scope for group pairing is. My guess is that the cope is no where near the entire region (maybe per instance?). It is impossible to think if we have the entire region (NA for example), a healer or tank will need that much time to find a group among literally thousands of players. Or it could be just bad code in the tool in general, who knows. But if you see the trend on ZOS so far, I don't see any priority on improving group based PVE play, except the new contents that's coming "soon".

    Bad LFG tool
Took away any team work friendly combat text
    Ranged favored boss combat
Terrible looting system in group content

Just a few things that plagues group play so far. If you are in a good guild with people on voice chat, you can probably manage, but if you are trying to do any pick up group, forget about it.

The more you play it, the more you will realize its a single player game that happens to have a lot of people that play with you at the same time.

My issue with the group finder is that it picks out the possible dungeons for you. For those of us going for 100 % quest complete, it makes it tough to not be able to start up a group in the LFG tool.

The tool should be wide open in not limiting your possibilities. Really I would like it if the devs looked at the GW2 LFG tool which works really well. The user can create a group for any instance, and people looking select the instance they want to go into. The tool is fast and gets players doing the content they want to instead of requiring you to sit in a zone spamming because the tool does not allow you to select something.

Its their cheap way to group people around the same level together.

I heard that the grouping tool is under improvement. That sounds good. One of the problems I've met is that when I use it to look for members for Veteran Dungeons, then I Alt out and press P again, it always switches to Fungal Grotto automatically. Another problem is that I can't use it to find low and high level dungeon groups. I have 2 normal dungeons unfinished but I just can't use the grouping tool to look for groups for them. Sometimes I don't even know if it's working because it takes a long time to make a full group of 4 players, or maybe a lot of people are not using it.
