reduce the timeout (desertion) time after the disconnect on BG. If someone has three Internet disconnect a day, it's already 1.5 hours. Each time, you take away the player's turn for 30 minutes. And those who leave the match don't give a damn about it, they're not going to get back in line anyway. do it for no more than 10 minutes. This is an adequate and acceptable time for any situation.
