There seems to be an abundance of ways of creating Jewelry Glyphs, which is perfectly worthless because Jewelry is so rare. Is there a place in each major city where Jewelry can be purchased so I can start using all the jewelry Glyphs I have created?

Anethum✭✭✭✭I actually found jewelry being sold in the Mages Guild; I believe in Daggerfall
npc called Magus in Mages guilds, but... 100 jewell gave me only 4 lvls from 10 to 14 in jewellery crafting.
