"Trophy: Saint Olms the Just" missing

So, I've been housing and realized I'm missing a trophy I should have, I already cleared Asylum Sanctorium on hard mode, which should give you both trophy and bust, right? Somehow I only have the bust, which is awarded for a veteran clear, but not the trophy, which should be from a normal clear.

I have all the respective achievements that are supposedly linked to it, so I don't know if it's a bug going on or if I'm missing something, my ticket number is: 241205-000348

Never done it on normal, no, pretty sure you're supposed to get both on vet, there are several dungeons and trials I've never ran on normal and still have trophy and bust.

But I did think about it, for some reason that specific trophy might be only dropping if you run it on normal.

That actually might be an issue, I remember having a similar situation in Kyne's until did a normal run.

You don't get both bust and trophy from a single veteran run, you have to actually do normal to get the trophy I believe?

Usually you do get everything from the prior difficulties, like doing HM you're clearing it on normal and vet also but rarely some things doesn't trigger for some reason.
