What a Nightmare!

Trying to login to my game account this morning has been nothing short of complete failure.
No matter how many times I answer the secret question,pick the correct pictures, receive an email that says my new password is accepted and to login now, it fails.
I contacted support and promptly received a email from the tech. Unfortunately I am here writing this instead of being able to play my game.
