I see medal scores at the end of BGs. Aside from the BG quest giver, do they do anything?
EG do you get more AP in a match for a higher medal score? Do they accumulate somewhere like currency?
I couldn't find the answer to this anywhere.

✭meaningless… unless it’s 4v4 competitive. in that case they are cumulative on a weekly basis for leaderboards.1
