The Grip of Madness stuck in the door to East Sepulchre

In the Quest the Grip of Madness after the bridge raises, when I try to enter the door labeled east Sepulchre after the load screen I am clipped into the door and cannot move out of the door. I have tried quitting and reloading the game. Travelling to a wayshrine and reentering the dungeon. Abandoning the quest and restarting it. And every time I get clipped into the door and cannot progress the quest.

We have seen reports of players who are unable to continue the quest after entering the "East Sepulcher" during the quest step "Lower the Bridge".
[Status] The issue has been identified and targeting an fix for the next incremental patch.

It's FIXED, leastwise it now works for me. The 11/5 incremental patch notes claim to have fixed it.Edited by winged_tortoise on November 12, 2024 3:19PM0

Now, just over a week later I tried it on another character. It worked without problems. If it still doesn't work for you then I would try something like turning off add ons.0

✭✭Just came here to say it's broken for me as well. And since I'm on PSNA, I can confidently state that it's not due to an addon.
I've completed this quest in the past. So it's a relatively recent bug.

dragnlord125✭✭I'm having the same problem. I've logged out and restarted the game multiple times and it still glitches. I even deleted the game and reinstalled it but it still glitches. Apparently this glitch has been causing problems for other people for a while now. This glitch should have been fixed by now.0
