DLC dungeons don’t really have stories as far as I’m aware, they’re more “we went here to get a thing”. That said, some DLC dungeons do continue from nonDLC ones. Like Frostvault and Depths of Malatar continue from Vollenfell.

Earthen Root Enclave isn't a "get a thing", it was a "kick out the Firesong Circle", Scrivener's Hall was "fight the usurper", Bal Sunnar was "investigate this wack village",

Scalecaller Peak and Fang Lair are connected in that they hinted that Zaan the Scalecaller and Orryn the Black would have eventually clashed had the Undaunted not stepped in and took care of both as well
