PSA: A guild trader in Vivec City seems to be be bugged.

For some time now, none of my characters can click on Sebastian Brutya. There is no "E" to interact with no matter where I stand. Last week he was selling for the Savage Blades guild. This week he is selling for Omerta Grove. Just in case this isn't isolated to me I just wanted to put it out there.

PC or Xbox? I know it's not the PS because that is where I play. It does help to mention the platform even if 3/4 of the players are on the PC.

i am afraid, it is just you.
Checked the trader in question on PC/EU (there it belongs to Russian Guild KOMMEPCAHT) and PC/NA.
In both cases interaction works fine.
i'd suggest the following (as it has a small chance to fix the issue):
1. Repair the game from Launcher
2. rename the file ShaderCache.cooked in your Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live folder into anything like ShaderCache.bak to make the game to recreate it anew with the next launch. It contains shaders cache built by ESO Client and its corruption can cause GUI glitches.
3. (if these two steps do not help - contact support, i guess)PC EU0 -

Ella_Mental✭✭✭I experienced this exact same thing, but saw it was one of my addons when I disabled them all.
Process of elimination proved the problem for me is the FOB - Companion Helper. SPECIFICALLY, it only happens when I enable the "Disable Companion Interaction" option; uncheck it and suddenly I can interact with him again.

This has to be it! Thank you so much for the advice, I bet this trader npc is flagged like a companion or the npc version of a companion for some reason since I have to enable companion interactions even during their unlock quests.
FOB - Companion Helper is a great addon, btw!
