A coulple Skill questions
Do passive skills apply unless otherwise stated on skill tooltip?
For example will the Earthen-Heart passive skill Battle Roar apply even if I have no Earthen-Heart skills on my skill bar?
Is the One hand and Shield skill Shield-Bash activated by holding the right mouse button and pressing the left mouse button? I think I've had it confused with Power-Slam.

✭As a rule of thumb, all 'weapon' passives only apply if you have that weapon in use. (some do not say this but that's how they work, most now warn you of this)
All other passives apply always, unless they say so.1
