Old bug returned? (Teleport/login, on console) Please fix.

I'm on Xbox but I remember PlayStation players talking about a bug that caused disconnections when teleporting to a house or from the south of Reapers March.
I am now experiencing both of those.

I usually leave my characters in my home and when I login it often crashes.
Today I was in south Reapers March for the atronach endeavor and when porting out of it, even to Mournold Wayshrine from a wayshrine, it kept crashing. Same when trying to log back in in that area. I then remembered it is not the first time happening to me in recent days...

Is this old bug back?
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Since it already got fixed one time, could we please have it fixed again?
Just logging in becomes a nightmare... And it's especially bad since I (and many others) use my home to travel there and then take the near wayshrine, so I frequently port home.

EDIT: I put this in General because I am not sure if it is really the bug back, so I would like players' feedback to know...

    I use Serenity Falls in Reapers March to fast travel and have not had any issues with it. I do try to avoid that area west of Arenthia where the crashing used to occur so I cannot comment on that.

    Never happened near the atronachs' location? Bottom of the zone...

    Willowgrove? No, there is a woodworking survey there so I go there semi-regularly for that.

    Spent all morning failing to login due to errore 301, or disconnecting while being in High Isle.
