✭✭If you cast it once, it procs on your next skill cast once. So it's delayed. You can recast it to use it as an AoE spammable, once per second except that first second.PC-NA

Costing resources is key. Betty netch doesn't proc it because it doesn't cost anything except a gcd1 -
