2H weapons having different Heavies like Flame/Shock/Frost Staves?

Just a random thought that popped into my head:
It'd be interesting if the heavy attacks for 2H weapons also had their own unique twists.
Mauls - Heavy attacks stun your target/Stagger blocking players.
Axes - Heavy Attacks attack in a cone.
Swords - Heavy Attacks are a guaranteed crit.

dark_hunterxmg✭✭✭✭2H skill line already has Dizzying Swing, and the heavy attack hits more than 1 target via the passives. Maybe a bleed attached to a battle axe heavy attack would be cool.1 -

✭For sure Battle Axe should get its old Bleed DoT back, I know DW Axes are popular with 100% Crit Chance specs (NB / Mech Acuity), but is anybody using 2h Axes?
At one point that Bleed was one of the strongest DoTs in the game, it was a fun option to have available.
