On PS-EU, the Event Impressario (where you can use your event tickets) is missing and theevent has started according to the in-game announcement. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin Please look at this, it seems a bug.

✭one of my guild discords got the event notification an hour early, and went but assumed it would show up at the correct time. So far nothing though, even at official launch time. I have 12 tickets... ZoS pls.2 -

Ashjunkie✭✭✭Just FYI, server (pc/na) is also unstable @ZOS_Kevin. I've been booted to the login screen like 6-8 times. Several times during character hops, and now everytime I've tried to port to another player in high isle I'm getting kicked. Several guildies have mentioned the same issue.0

You don't have to have ESO plus, just the Chapter. You need the High Isle chapter to do this event.2 -

I have high Isle.
Also, what good is double resources without a craft bag? lol
Disclaimer: I do have multiple accounts, but I reduced to only one ESO plus, down from six.
