Event Impressario missing

On PS-EU, the Event Impressario (where you can use your event tickets) is missing and theevent has started according to the in-game announcement. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin Please look at this, it seems a bug.

    Can confirm - tried to find her in several locations... many people around waiting for her to show up but she seems to have overslept. [EDIT: on PC/NA.].

    one of my guild discords got the event notification an hour early, and went but assumed it would show up at the correct time. So far nothing though, even at official launch time. I have 12 tickets... ZoS pls.

    Just FYI, server (pc/na) is also unstable @ZOS_Kevin. I've been booted to the login screen like 6-8 times. Several times during character hops, and now everytime I've tried to port to another player in high isle I'm getting kicked. Several guildies have mentioned the same issue.

    So basically those of us prudently taking forward 12 tickets cannot get started on this event at all...not the best start seeing as we have to wait until 3pm in the UK

    Same, I already have 12 tickets and have to wait to submit in the first quests until the Impressaria is back from vacation :(

    It's been almost an hour, where is the update? I am at 11 tickets and am blocked from doing anything now.

    Hope it's fixed soon since need to turn in tix before can do event today. Better extend this event as people will miss opportunity to do the event if can't turn in tickets...

    Same problem here - finished the last event with 12 tickets. Can't start the new event without spending some at the impressario. And of course not able to clear the endeavour 🙈

    Hi all, quick question. Wasn't it typical that the associated Collector's Packs and or DLCs are on offer during these events? Was really looking forward to buy the High Isle Collector's Pack :(

    There is no starter event in the Crown Shop nor is the Impresario in place. I too have 12 tickets. I am sad.

    I always max out on tickets at the end of the prior event.

    Meh, no douple xp and this is one of those events if you don't have ESO plus can't do.

    You don't have to have ESO plus, just the Chapter. You need the High Isle chapter to do this event.

    That won't unlock Galen or all the trials and dungeons in the event.
    I have high Isle.
    Also, what good is double resources without a craft bag? lol

    Disclaimer: I do have multiple accounts, but I reduced to only one ESO plus, down from six. :o
