[Housing] U44 Increased Housing Mat Drop Rates

I got a chance to do some farming in Craglorn last week and after just a few runestone nodes I could definitely find more Mundane Runes than before. What I didn’t see was more Heartwood. It seems the same as before, maybe one in ten had Heartwood. Has anyone else made any observations about it?

    Been getting heartwood almost every wood node, and often in multiples of 2 or 3.

    Interesting. I farmed for nearly an hour. When I did get Heartwood it was usually a single one.

    I also have the Plentiful Harvest CP equipped, if that helps.

    Yes, I have that of course.

    EDIT: I am now reminded that I have had dismally low furnishing mat drops in Craglorn compared to other zones, for whatever reason. I should try another zone and see now as well.

    I was pleasantly surprised since the update that mundane runes and heartwood is very noticeably dropping more often. Regarding heartwood, at least once I saw 4 drop from one node! And 2 or 3 have dropped a lot as well, and it's like every few gatherings. And mundane runes have been dropping a lot more frequently as well.

    I did briefly farm another zone for heartwood but it was as if someone had gone before me and cleaned out all the wood nodes. I guess somebody is enjoying the increased drop rates.

    I have seen more mundane runes and lately more decorative wax.
