New cloak doesnt work - proc direct dmg pulls from cloak

I'm constantly being pulled out of cloak waaaaay more then before this was a toggle. Being hit by shocking soul is pretty much gaurentee you will be pulled out.
Proc direct damage from a dot will pull you from cloak.
