8v8 solo ques are really long

8v8 solo ques are really long. 5 mins minimum, 8 to 10 mins normally + 4 mins waiting for players + 45s once all players are in.

How is it possible to get this battle master token in a reasonable amount of play time.
This recent update has made me sad. Sad for the game. Sad for the community. Sad to pay whatever it is now. I want the previous eso back.

    Had try many rounds of solo 4v4, it queued very fast, I guess it cause by either your team overwhelmed opposite side or been overwhelmed, it end quite soon, except stupid 3 round death match

    Literally, the balanced match will happen 1 out of 10, with both team get healer, this sort of balanced match will end at 1 digit kill in total.

    There's the additional issue of after having waited for the queue to pop and the extra time for the match to start, you might get a notification that the BG didn't fill so you have to start the process all over again. It's too much empty time.

    The new bgs are fundamentally flawed and the numbers will speak for themselves.

    Yes. Very frustrating. And we're just at the beginning of the "new content hype". It will get worse.

    This would be faster if people could queue for multiple modes at once, like with dungeons. So people could queue for Solo 4v4 and Solo 8v8 and get pulled into whichever one has more players who have been waiting longest. You can do this with an Addon on PC, but it should be basegame so that it actually helps the queue times on a bigger scale.

    You can queue for both. I do it every time I queue.

    You mean the PvP update focusing on the near dead Battlegrounds community wasn't a smart allocation of resources? Who could have predicted that /sarcasm

    Question, for those games you've played how have they been? Balanced teams? Were they fun?

    Having tested this on PTS the 8v8 game mode was always one sided. Then the winning team would spawn camp. Has anything changed?

    Most players are not happy with the changes. There are 15 players who like them out of 10k average player base. This is why the 8v8 queue is so long. They need 16.

    I am more outspoken than most. I find them to be the single worst update zos has ever made to the game.

    Been right here with you, and yes.... it's a terrible update. I've been trying to decide if this was a bigger disappointment or the so called "new housing feature" we got earlier this year (leaning towards the housing one simply because I did expect the BG rework to be a huge mistake and here we are).

    I also find it funny that people keep bringing up how small the BG crowd was as if that's why the BG update is bad.... but no, it's because they made BGs worse than they were and that "near dead Battlegrounds community" is truly that now.

    With a controller you can apparently, or with the goat add-on better scoreboard

    Negative, I could only do it once my buddy made better scoreboard for us
