Going to sell a bunch of companion gear and I noticed numbers next to them as they stacked them together. I have 4 Jacks, but obviously want to sell individually. Is this not possible to split them up?
They didn't stack before, did they? Maybe they changed that and it's bugged somehow?

Malacar Sunavarlas, Altmer Ayleid vampire

I don't think Companion gear ever stacked before either. Will have to look once I log in. I had some duplicate companion rings yesterday but one was bound and one was not so when I went to sell it at my Guild store it was not an issue.
I wonder though. But yes, you should be able to split them into individual items to sell (assuming you are talking about a Guild Store). I do this often with duplicate writs such as the recent Witches writs.
When you initiate listing an item in the Traders, the UI isn't entirely new user friendly. The number you're seeing isn't how many are stacked, but how many you currently have in your inventory.
You can see this when you want to list 2 identical items that DO stack , but even after you split them, the UI will still show (2) while you're listing it.
Great, thanks all! I didn't think they stacked either. And I was wondering if it was just telling me how many I had.
I shouldn't play when I'm getting a migraine and can't think clearly.
in my opinion the most valuable trait is probably quickened, i dont know what the market is like on console for companion gear, but on PC unless its ideal trait and weight on blue or purple, it basically wont sell at all
i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
