Achievement Guild Store Shopper: Cyrodiil?

Hello All,
How is status nowadays? Is it possible for a PvE player to complete the Guild Store Shopper achievement by visiting a NPC somewhere in Cyrodiil? If yes, how?
I saw several discussions about that, but they were rather old stuff, so I don't know if anything has changed since then?

the siege merchant is an NPC merchant, not a guild store

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)

✭✭✭✭✭Thank you. I went to Auridon for a ToT match against the NPCs and browsed at the guild stores there before porting out, so now Auridon is checked off. I didn't even buy anything, just browsed, and it counted.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -
